These rates are weekly (from Saturday to Saturday) and include:

- the two- and three-room penthouse apartments have air-conditioning, microwave, dishwasher and LCD TV
- the two-room accommodation is equipped with air-conditioning and microwave
- free entrance to the gym "New Aerobic Studio's"
Obligatory check-out cleaning charge: €40
Apartments must be vacated by 10am. Check-in time starts at 3pm.
